Surgical and pharmacetutical treatment
The aim of pharmaceutical treatment is to restore ovulations (release of ova from ovary). The premise of such treatment is passable Fallopian tubes in women and good-quality semen in men.
Surgical treatment concerns injured Fallopian tubes, removal of uterine myomas and endometrial lesions. Good results have also obtained with surgical treatment of patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Hysteroscopy enables to remove fibroids from the uterine cavity. In the infertility treatment of men it is possible to surgically treat enlarged veins in testicles and restore fertility after sterilisation.
